Positives: I liked they were able to get me a room on the ground floor, as per my request.

Negatives: Arriving at breakfast the next morning, disappointed at the sour milk at the cereal section of the buffet style area. Only the bagels were fresh, and they had disappeared five minutes before I arrived...at 7:15 !

Negatives: Asked for ground floor I am elderly traveling with elderly dog. Told I could not be guaranteed I would be placed on ground floor. What is the point of reserving in advance if you are not willing to accommodate for physical barriers. When I arrived placed on 2nd floor, not happy. Don't think I would stay there again.
