Location to harbor and downtown is perfect, yet still far enough away from the bars. Bed and pillows were comfortable. having a small fridge was useful.

Great location. Very comfy bed. Friendly service. Good lounge with good breakfast and afternoon snacks. Would like to see a daily free cocktail offered in the lounge given the price we pay for the upgrade.

Location is excellent, the view is incredible, the staff are friendly and helpful.

The bathroom facilities did not work properly. The sink drain was very slow and shower close to impossible to turn on.

we had a harbour view room with a beautiful view but only one chair and since their was two of us it kinda sucked that we both couldn’t sit in comfort to watch the view

I had a seamless check-in. The food was awesome. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Lounge staff were friendly and courteous.
