We booked a block for a hockey tournament which was known to the staff when booked. Upon arrival staff were publishing no running and no hockey signs throughout the facility and immediately made us feel unwelcome. The kids were being respectful in the halls when going to one room to play together as there was no common space or pool area and were told to return to their rooms. I would not recommend this hotel for families with children or a group sporting event. Hotel is extremely dated, no elevator, continental breakfast was nothing to rave about.
