Positives:
Shuttle bus never marked for our hotel. Non showed in an hour, bus free of charge is provided in price. Had to pay for a taxi $30. When explaining to the staff he wasn't interested at all that us and other guests waited an hour for a shuttle that wasn't marked. Problems with credit card machine, took 3 times, once being paged to desk after settling down after a long flight, then having to get up, dress etc Lots of weed odours in a non smoking hotel. Other desk person gave us 2 bottles of water as a gift for the shuttle not showing up like it was something great not as a necessity. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a fair bit of pink mould around taps and caulking.

Location / check in and check out were good - fast friendly professional clean room comfortable easy to regulate heat etc.
Negatives:
Pillows were not good - lumpy
Elevator had a large sticky spill not cleaned from check-in to check-out next morning
coffee area was messy spills untidy
breakfast area was not clean/floor not cleaned of small spills even though the staff came in and out of the breakfast room
