Positives:
Room excellent. No idea about the massive construction next door which made access to the building by car somewhat challenging. Staff was great over the phone answering our questions about where to park (offsite) and how to enter the building. It was pleasant to have an indoor morning swim but the changing rooms could have undergone more cleaning.
Negatives:
Construction next door that will not end any time soon - part of a massive district energy project, involving changes to roadways … challenging access to the building.

Location was great you can walk to so many shops and attractions. Staff are super nice and the food is great
Negatives:
The rooms are in desperate need of a deep cleaning and maybe due for an upgrade. Ceiling in the room was patched up, where shoes or throw away slippers cause the carpets are disgusting. We stayed 5 nights on the third day when we were supposed to get a room clean we did not get clean sheets, they did not vacuum or stock up used items ( soap, coffee, cups, sugar, toilet paper).

My room was just beside a set of door after a ramp that people use frequently at all hours of the night, made it difficult to sleep and it also made it difficult to enter and exit my room. We also had a staff member tell us we weren’t allowed to use the stairs to go to the lobby when the elevator took 15 minutes to stop

Excellent location. Easy access to buses, including airport shuttle. Boardwalk, Citadel, historic downtown and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. In-house restaurant provided quick, friendly service and good food. Staff had good local knowledge and were very helpful, for example providing change for bus fares.
Negatives:
A little dated in its decor. Electric sockets need updating and increasing to cater for today's electronics.
