Hotel was very clean & breakfast was great.
We went during March break and lots of kids around the pool area was in well kept up with the water around the pool and towels! We never went swimming without having towels. It was great.

Check in and out was easy. The restaurant wait staff was amazing at The Crown.
Negatives:
The pool area was so crowded and busy, and so very loud. Some noise muffling couldve been utilized to cancel out the screaming children.
I had to call a handful of times to reach someone in housekeeping to check for an item that may have been left behind.
I also emailed to property before our stay to see if I could upgrade our room, but no one responded back as the person I emailed was on vacation.

We had a suite. So much space and very clean.
Staff were great, restaurant was delicious and the kids had so much fun in a nice clean pool and waterslide.
Negatives:
The pull out sofa was kind of slanted when we went to lay on it then wouldn't go back in place in the morning. Definitely not something that would stop me from returning. We had a great staycation for a little March break fun and will definitely be back.
