Hot water was iffy from the sink, we didn't dare try the shower. The cleaning staff gathered in the hall and we could hear everything said. Only found out in the breakfast area that you aren't allowed to bring food back to the room?!? Very bizarre considering there is a fridge in the room!

The fridge didn't work. Toilet tank did not self fill, necessitating lifting the tank lid and manually filling. In room safe did not work (required new batteries).
A little more routine maintenance would increase the score.
