Very disappointed with our stay. The room was on the ground floor, and we couldn’t open the window because people were constantly walking outside, which made it uncomfortable. The staff at check-in were rude and not welcoming at all.
The room was poorly maintained — we even saw spiders crawling around, and I’ve attached a photoas proof. There was no water, no toothbrush or toothpaste, and when we asked, we were told to go to the front desk to get them ourselves. The lighting was very dim with only a few small lamps, and the TV was old with no streaming apps like YouTube or Netflix.
We had mentioned it was my girlfriend’s birthday and requested something special, but there was no response or effort from the hotel. Even the coffee machine was useless since no milk or water was provided.
Overall, it was a disappointing stay. The cleanliness, service, and attention to guests really need improvement. Not worth the price at all.

I had an issue where I lost my Email reservation, and I wasn't even sure if that was my hotel for the night! and I was already in Barrie. I did call the customer service at the hotel, and the guy was awful and helpless. I Could easily miss my booking for that night if I were siting waiting for the text to confirm that he was supposes to send me.
