I was expecting a jacuzzi tub based on what I signed up for. The room only had a regular tub. I was disappointed but did not wnt to deal with it because I was tired, so never brought it up. I realized it once I got into the room.

Worst night ever! I stay in many hotels. I enjoy a higher end hotel and definitely do not mind paying more for comfort and accommodations for them. I like too enjoy a pool dip, take part in a gym session, treat myself too a healthy hearty breakfast and get a good njght rest before checking out and continuingon the highway. Last night we were bkt advised a hockey tournament was in town. We didnt sleep at all the kids were banging on all the doors in the hallway the pool you could move the elevator was giant ride for them as if they were at an amusement park never have I experienced a ride too get too a floor so long in my life. Not only did I not get sleep, I did not get too unwind in a pool for 10 mintues nor did I get too enjoy my breakfast. I booked with your hotel for various reasons of accommodation I am promised and you failed miserably unfortunately, I am depleted exhausted and irritable I travel from barrie too sudbury and grabbed a hotel here cause your night stay was terrible, I am missing a day of work cause your establishment and accommodation, I booked a crappy hotel cheap dive of a hotel and I have been treated better then I have at your establishment, I have clean beds clean sheets peace and quite and a comfortable bed I paid 156 for this night and tomorrow's breakfast looks decent. I will never stay at a Hampton ever again! I'm not one too complain however this merets a full on review and refund if I ever thought ine was due, I dont expect i will recieve any compensation however I can control where I stay and moving forward unfortunately I will not be staying at a Hampton, I will stay at a Marriott

The 24 hr coffee availability.
The gym was well set up.
A quiet room.
The staff were excellent.
Negatives:
I did not sleep well. Although there is surface padding on the mattresses, this had little effect on them being old and springy. They also grunted when u sat or lay on them. Room 508.
It was overwhelming in the breakfast room with the number of people, but this was probably to be expected the day after Thanksgiving and presumably a full hotel.
