1) The mattress is so uncomfortable that it was actually painful for both of us all night
2) The washroom wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival

Big Dogs , come out the rooms with owners, other dog on same floor and at each other. The owners kept them apart. They surprised us in the hallway .

We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The bed was soft and comfortable.

The breakfast room was freezing so our food got cold fast. There was only 1 selection of fresh fruit ( apples). The hallway smelled like Marijuana in the evening. The plug to our bathtub didn't seal so the water kept draining.
