Positives:
The desk staff were very helpful, especially when we didn't get the room type we had reserved. We were told it was booking.com that made the change not the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff were very friendly and there was a variety of food choices.
Negatives:
We were not happy that we did not get the room type we had reserved. We were also a bit disappointed that the breakfast serving time on Saturday was an hour later than other days which meant we had to leave for our event before getting food.

The location was the best! It was so close to shops and restaurants. Easy to navigate. The bed was comfortable.

The room didn’t smell clean. The carpet was old and smelled musty. The room didn’t look wiped down. We were not given enough supplies in terms of tissues and toilet paper. We had to keep asking for stuff. It was like they were rationing, and there were three of us in the room.

Thankful for the staff that they made is possible to celebrate my fiance's birthday.

The hotel was dated, check in was extremely chaotic. Only one person working the front desk with over 10 people trying to check in at once. Very limited parking. We asked if there was an alternate exit so we didn’t have to constantly go through the lobby but we were told we could only get to our room through the front which meant having to walk through a ton of construction workers smoking near the entrance. One construction worker made a creepy comment that made me feel uncomfortable. The room was very small. No microwave but there was a tiny fridge. Overall wouldn’t stay here again. It did not have a family friendly atmosphere.
