The cleanness , location is very close from downtown, and from Bracebridge falls. Also I love the river view.

Very nice rooms. Clean and comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was available at the adjacent restaurant- $5 for a 2 egg, ham, hash browns and toast. Amazing deal. Would definitely stay again.

Was close to Santa’s Village, Downtown Bracebridge and not too far from Port Carling. My son loved the pool and enjoyed

Positives:
Location was great and also restaurant food was awesome with a beautiful view of river. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately power went out so couldn’t use facilities. Also room was up on second floor and very difficult as no elevator to get lugguage up and down. I had to get staff to bring it up and down for me. Very kind of them.

Great new restaurant with indoor/outdoor eating. The breakfast was superb!
We used the indoor pool and we used the bowling alley.

We just love it there. Once a month for a period of 5 days we stay there. Love the restaurant and the relaxing time sitting on the patio having drinks.

For a quick stay prior to a Santa’s village visit, this hotel was great. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Stairs may pose a problem for some folks, fortunately we are young and healthy enough and shouldn’t complain about lugging all of our stuff up.

Positives:
I appreciated that they put our rooms close together beside each other, and one room actually had a pull out couch which an ex was an extra bonus for us because we had three in that room. Any requests we had from the staff were taken into consideration, and they were very thoughtful to meet our needs.

Pool was a bit dirty with clumps of hair and drains, Band-Aids, etc.

Very convient for getting around enjoyed the restaurant comfy bed and very clean. Staff were very helpful.

You need to let people know especially seniors there is no elevator only stairs if your putting them on the 2nd floor as I had to have your staff lift our suitcases up the stairs which was very thoughtful of him. He also did the same for us when checking out which we appreciated. Also for handicap people it’s very important.

Even though we didn’t use many of the amenities we noticed the hotel was well equipped for numerous types of events and a variety of activities.

We were placed at the last room at the far end of the hotel. Unsure why but the hotel may have been full.
