The only positive thing about this property was the Ikea-kit reskin of the interior rooms. "Breakfast" was a brown bag with a yogurt, apple and granola bar.
Negatives:
Heating/cooling system so loud couldn't hear TV even at maximum volume. Even with earplugs in, it was impossible to sleep more than a couple of hours a night. Mini-fridge had no freezer and the housekeeping was poor at best.

Positives:
Everything met my expectations but the breakfast could have had perhaps a croisant or some muffins.
The juice and coffee was very good and plentiful.
Negatives:
Breakfast as noted above could have been better,
I hoped that the motel would have been a little closer to some amenities or stores where we could have walked instead of used our car.

Typically rooms in a 2-star hotel have a bit of a musk to them- this one didn't have it. They also look somewhat run down to justify the lower prices- which is fair. Here I didn't run into that at all.
