Pool wasn’t clean. Hot tub wasn’t clean had tons of hair and other stuff. Hot tub was broken.
For the money the king suite was run down and dirty. Bathroom was dirty, shower head sprayed water everywhere but straight and definitely needed some clean to clean it.

This was our second time staying at the BW as a family. We liked that...
- the rooms were spacious
- convenient location for the purpose of our trip
- large pool, outdoor playground and picnic tables
- rooms seemed clean
Negatives:
Unfortunately...
- the pool water was a bit more chilly than last time
- the water definitely noticeably murkier than other pools I've been to (I've been to many)
- the hot tub wasn't working for the entirety of our stay
- pool had lots of sand at the bottom and noticeable mould in certain areas
- room 292's bathtub wasn't draining properly, was a bit gross

It was a great hotel but seems to be going downhill - really hope the management steps in soon!
Positives:
My needs were meet at all times front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were ?% attentive to me and I could see also the attention that was given with surroundings hotel guests very professional staff.
Negatives:
I would like to suggest on the weekend nights that hotel provides extra security staff when haveing the kids hockey teams at hotel, would help in away to avoid much disturbance, also help to lower the noise around other guestrooms.after midnight.

Sleepless night

The toilet ran all night on and off the traffic from the 403 Felt Like I Was Sleeping Next to the Highway. I did mention this too. The front desk nothing happened. I did leave a day early and lost one night. Not refundable

- location was convenient
- breakfast had a good variety for the price range
- the room was clean
- the pool is the biggest one I've seen in a 2-3 star hotel, length is probably almost 25m!
- staff was generally friendly
Negatives:
- the area felt quite industrial
- breakfast hot foods were not the best: the boiled eggs were cold and hard, pancakes were rather inconsistent - some too hard, scrambled eggs didn't really taste much like eggs
- the facilities seemed slightly aged
- pool and hot tub had quite a bit of sand at the bottom, could use a deep clean and renovation
- no lotion provided

The carpet and rooms that we stayed were smelling bad. Even the hallways are really old and has smell. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The breakfast was wonderful and the room was pretty decent
Negatives:
The hot tub has disgusting soap scum around the sides of it to where everyone getting into it saw and either got out or just sat not leaning up against the sides.
