The room was a comfortable size and very clean. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Probably one of the best hotel beds we've slept on in our travels. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! We were also allowed to bring our medium size dog (65lbs) for $15/night extra which was very helpful to us since our usual kennel was booked for the holiday weekend.

Tina in the dining room was exceptionally welcoming and helpful to our group of 10. The reception staff were also very helpful and accommodating in making sure our group had rooms together. Very welcoming. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

I must commend the hotel on one aspectthe quality and comfort of the beds. Despite the issues I encountered, the beds were a saving grace, providing a good night's sleep.
Negatives:
The property appeared dated and in need of renovation, giving off a tired vibe. Cleanliness was a concern, as there was a noticeable smell of smoke and marijuana lingering in the hallways and some rooms.
In my room, I encountered a plugged toilet, which was both inconvenient and unpleasant. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor as well, further detracting from the overall comfort. The towels provided also seemed past their prime, which was disappointing.
In summary, while the Comfort Inn in Brockville may offer comfortable beds, it falls short in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall ambiance. It could greatly benefit from some updates and improvements to ensure a more pleasant stay for its guests.
