Positives:
The location was convenient for going into Brockville. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I couldn’t get the TV to turn on. I reported the issue to the staff at the desk and was told it would be taken care of.

The hotel was fine but I am done using Booking. Too many unverified and wrong postings... The room I reserved stated it had a pull out couch. When I got to the hotel they told me they did not have a single room with a pull out couch. This is not the first time I book through Booking.com and I am deceived.

Positives:
Although the motel is a little bit older than other motels/hotels (the ones just off the highway), it is very well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Because this motel is a couple kilometers from the 401, it was nice and quiet. The king-size bed was very comfortable as well. The "continental" style breakfast was good too; just right to start your day. We will be back :)
Negatives:
The only issue we had was the floor. There were many dusty boot prints in the room when we arrived (# 117).

Nice quiet place to lay...
Positives:
Room was adequate but ad said there was a pull out couch in our room and there wasn’t.
Breakfast was good with a variety but only had bananas for fresh fruit.
Beds we’re comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
The floor was absolutely filthy. I would not remove my shoes and would certainly not walk anywhere without them. I have attached pictures of the paper that I wiped a small part of the floor with, one of the gob of hair on the shower drain and one of the floor where I wiped it. The shower had a big gob of hair on the floor drain. The table was not clean and had crusty drink rings on it.
