The facilities and room were great overall.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
I had no issues checking in which was a plus.
The property is undergoing renovations and they are doing a great job.
The shower was nice and warm and the heating worked great.
Breakfast is also good.
I was surprised by the size of the fridge - definitely get bonus points for that I was able to fit the things I needed.

Most hotels I visit are good, this one is unkept and strange. Cleanliness. Sunflower seeds in pull out, sheets looked bunched up and not changed, sticky juice (or other) covered table, lamp did not work, visible dust, food debris on fridge handle, thin noisy walls, low water pressure, doors that cannot close properly. Large groups of people smoking at the entrance.

In the room the bathroom door would not close and the shower leaked. Was a bit disappointed with that as was told room was fully renovated. As just me and spouse did not bother to change rooms.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us. Our room was clean and very spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the bedding was fresh. Breakfast was good also.

Negatives:
I was charged extra 4% daily because of a local tax that was not mentioned during the reservation process. I was taken back by it.
