The room was freezing upon arrival and once we turned the heater blower on it was like a sauna-there was no middle ground. There was “
Pubic hair” on the toilet seat and once it was lifted, toothpaste spit on the counter in the bathroom and a hanger on the shower curtain. It was like someone left and NO One cleaned room. I was also told that I was able to pay for the room with my visa debit which is how I booked. We used my husband’s credit card for incidentals but was assured I could use my debit on check out. We were checking out by 0800am and when I got to desk they had already charged it all to my husbands credit card. I’ve stayed here before but I will NOT be back.

For the room price I would have expected something.

Room felt old. soap dispenser was falling off the wall.

Booked a jacuzzi room with my husband. We were hoping for romantic vibes. The room is adequate, but the "luxury" of a jacuzzi suite was disappointing because the room really needed some proper maintenance, updates, and TLC. And the jets on the tub looked like nobody had scrubbed them. The shower in the bathroom was very oddly installed and had mildew stains. Again, it was adequate for a hotel room. But for a romantic stay - it was not what I expected.

Was looking forward to a hottub. I thought i booked a room with a jacuzzi but must’ve made a mistake and then it was a little upsetting that the hot tub was not working.
