Positives:
The size of our room and with the kitchenette was perfect. Breakfast was also fantastic. The front desk was great on day of arrival calling me when our room was ready to check in early.
Negatives:
We were with a hockey team, and the boys weren't allowed to play basketball past 9pm. The main floor rooms that were over looking the court was mainly our team. So we had some rambunctious teenagers.

Rooms are very outdated. Wallpaper peeling everywhere in the room but the lobby and lounge area is up to date. Smelt a lot like weed in our hall too and we were in a non smoking room.

Don’t book here if you don’t own a credit card.I was turned away because I couldn’t use my Debit or cash. Claimed they don’t have a debit machine but they did.

Positives:
The hotel itself is very nice, pool area was nice and the gym was small but also had the right equipment in place.
The breakfast selections were very nice and good quality I've never seen a place with Tacos which was a nice surprise to see something new.
Negatives:
The only issue I really had was the pillows weren't very comfortable and the room wasn't very clean.
Definitely hadn't been dusted or wiped down in quite some time.
The top of the fridge was filthy and the bedside tables and lamps were quite dirty as well. I would still stay again the value for the type of room you get is very good I love having a full fridge. Also No ice makers on the floors anymore but If you call front desk they will give you a bag from the kitchen which is helpful but not If you aren't into going downstairs in your pajamas or it's late night

Our room was beside the elevator, it was very noisy, wanted to sleep in but couldn't past 6 or 7am due to the noise.
Also, breakfast was good but breakfast time ends too early for me an extra half hour would be good specially on the weekends. Everything else was great

My complain is about changing the fee for the room the second night from $197 to $209 plus taxes. When I booked it I thought both nights were the same as well I had booked for another couple with me and they were charged differently too. I don’t think this was appropriate from them.

I wouldn’t book there again because of the rate change. Even though both days were during week days.
