Nothing was there to like about property everything was broken bed walls and all stuffs so we left the place we tried to cancel because it was online so they can’t refund and from that day i made sure that i was never going to book hotel from booking.com
In real it was bad experience with app not that hotel
So sorry to the higher authorities but you are fail to make your customer happy and i have also texted that night to customer support but I didn’t got any reply nor i was waiting for one .So at last thank you i will never prefer any one to book any hotel from booking.com i know it will not make any change in your income but may be at some time all people will be known about booking.com that it is not a good site to book anything. I will make sure that i will try make a compain about this things at my level . That’s all from my side .
