How quiet and clean our room was.
Negatives:
We have been here twice and each time the pool has not been available. The heating system in the room needs improvement, got cold very quickly. Good thing extra blankets were provided.

Front staff were short with us and not accommodating. Pool was completely shutdown and we had no notice until it was past our cancelation deadline. They wouldn't honour the healthcare worker discount.

It was clean but it definitely needs a facelift. Dark in the rooms, old, tired furniture, terrible lumpy old pillows. Was placed on the first floor near the side door. Terrible room location, slamming of the side door and it smelled like fried food in there (extra smelly once breakfast starts, then the smell lingers). I liked how the front desk texts to check in on you, but when I replied with a complaint I never received a reply again after that. So what was the point? We wont return here when we are in town for kids competition weekends. Oh, and the pool was closed and is closed until March and we were not told until we got there.

Room was clean and large with dishes, dishwasher and a comfortable bed.
Negatives:
Breakfast wasnt very good. Potatoes were dry and tasteless. No hot eggs. No granola.

We had a honeymoon suite and we really appreciated the layout and the axtra space. Our breakfast was excellent, there were a great selection to choose from and the fresh waffles were a nice touch

Our room was clean with the exception of a hand cloth that was still hanging on the top curtain rod in the shower.
