Positives:
Facilities are outdated and not well maintained, especially in shared spaces like hallways. Stairwells and hallways smell really bad, with different bad smells in different places. Cigarette smoke smell inside the shares areas in the property is very strong. There were some insects, like silverfish, present in the room. Dog owners staying at the site are not picking up after their dogs on the property. Long-term residents of the property seem to not respect shared areas, and are a little intimidating to deal with. Complimentary breakfast looked good and the breakfast area was very tidy and inviting. Staff on the desk were always present and very helpful. For the price, this property is very much not worth the money, even when there are lots of events in the area and hotel rooms are hard to find.
