Everything was new & fresh. Breakfast was good, staff attentive.
Negatives:
The batteries in my remote didn’t work, my phone didn’t have a dial tone so I had to walk downstairs to ask for them. Staff called my room and said it was ringing like that would fix dial tone??
The pillows VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! All 4. Bring your own.
Some young people across the hall were obnoxiously loud, I was trying to do some computer work in my room around 7-9pm & just found them ridiculous. In & out of room, door open banging closed, some swearing and mild screaming (like older kids playing). No idea where parents were. Didn’t call the desk as phone didn’t work.
Just took out my hearing aids.
