The way how they treat the customers.
First of all the lady who met us at the reception was high . Before we enter t this motel she was smoking weed at the main entrance.
This lady was unwelcomed and very rude at the very beginning. When she couldnt find my reservation by name I offered her a confirmation number but she said in a very rude way that my confirmation number means nothing to her.
When we finally got our room we saw there extremely dirty AC and asked her to replace a room. She said that she has a full house which is not true. Because before asking for another room I checked on the website and they still has a rooms. In addition, they had a sign at the main entrance saying vacancy.
She said : I dont care what website shows to you. I have no other room for you. If you dont like it , you can get out of my motel.
Of course we decided to leave right away. So far Im fighting to get a refund , but seems like booking.com cant help me in this situation and that lady told us that she wont return our money and we can ask about a refund who ever we want.
I use a booking.com for a long time and all around the world and we never had a problem with a hotels and no one had a problem with me and my husband as a customers. I just hope for the justice in this situation.
UPDATE: I was trying to reach the property by the phone.They refused to give me my money back. They said : good luck with your refund and hanged up.

It was a one-night stop, with everything needed in hand and an exceptional staff to help us!

Close to where our party was.

TV & Netflix didn't work. No soap for shower or kleenex. Air conditioner was so noisy & kept clicking so we had no sleep. Bed hard as a rock. Thank goodness brought own pillow. Unpleasant. Tv might have helped go to sleep.
