Front desk gate keeper very bad service. i made a mistake in booking with Booking.com and your company and she would not change it in any way and was rude. i wrote a review on google and she answered telling all my business. when i looked at other review all were about her and the bad service. she answers every bad review with peoples details it disgusting. she is more interested in excuses for the bad service then the customer. Indian owner should read the reviews. this place and Booking.com cost me $418 and neither of you would do anything. I will not book anything with booking. com again.

Good location and price. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Stayed as a group of women for a hockey tournament. I did not feel safe at this motel. Door knob locks and floor level windows that did not lock. Also very dirty and poorly kept. We arrived at 3:10 and were told there was a charge to check in before 4pm. We were originally given a room that was not cleaned from previous guests and had to request a new room. When the house keeper came to clean, our door was left open and unattended while another guest hung around outside looking into our room luckily we arrived in time and told the house keeper that we didn’t need cleaning because I fear we might have been robbed by that guest.

This was good value for money, meeting all of our basic needs well.

Nice to have a sink by the coffee station.

Would be good to have a J cloth or some other type of cloth ( or several pieces of paper towel on counter) to wipe up spills.
Receptionist said we would be notified within 24-48 hours that our damage deposit was returned. It's now 72 hours and no word.

this motel is constantly upgrading . Each time we have enjoyed this motel we have noticed the improvements . clean comfortable and more than fair prices . we will be back soon.

No complaints, we have stayed at a dozen motels this year, traveling in Canada, and dollar for dollar, this motel is in the top 10%, Keep on improving, people are noticing.

Extremely Rude and non-accomodating staff - they hid behind a call box, with the window blinds closed, so wouldn't even engage human to human. The absolute worst hotel management I've ever seen in my life - I cannot believe this place is even in business

The Inn is right off the highway,easy to find. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The room was nice and dark with the light off and quiet.

The location was great. very accessible to all parts of town.
The housekeeper was helpful with finding us some supplies to use in the kitchen.
Thankfully there were bbq's that could be used to cook on so that was a bonus.

The check in with the staff member was not very friendly. Very curt.
When I was informed that there was nothing in the kitchen, ie. no pans, utensils or dishes, I was quite surprised. The kitchen was the reason we had chosen that motel and to pay for the room with a kitchen and not choose one with a kitchenette.
We had to go out to buy a few items in order to cook the food we had brought.
There was also no table in the room to sit at to eat and only one bar stool in the room. So we sat on the bed.
