Negatives: Web site indicated breakfast included, but was not. Only one person allowed to sign in at a time, leaving us waiting outside in very cold temperatures for considerable length of time. There was an expressive list of warnings that were unreasonable and not normal as not having anyone not registered in the specific room after 8:00 pm or a fine if a toasted was found in the kitchenette. You have to ask to have the coffee replaced 24 hours in advance. The room heater was very loud and the binds did not darken the room from the outside night lights.

Positives: It was really clean and well maintained, so that was really great we felt comfortable sleeping with that fact
Negatives: There was no hot water for us to be able to take a shower or wash our faces, and the staff made us feel like if we soiled the towel we would be charged for it, and the entire unit was freezing and we had no way to maintain the heat and when we called for help they did nothing.
