Good place to stay if you are in the area.
Positives:
We stayed here for one night as a stopover on our road-trip to remote Ontario fishing. The hotel was very nice, staff friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, beds very comfortable, we slept great. We had breakfast included and were surprised that instead of the typical continental buffet, you were allowed made to order entrees.
Negatives:
The price. For the location being an extremely small town, we were surprised at the cost of the hotel.

Our original room for $300/night was substandard, dirty and the forest fire smoke came under the door!

Breakfast was terrible, toast was hard as a brick, made noise when I clinked it against the plate! Soggy home fries. Awful flavour.
Rooms far from lobby are below Best Western standard and worth $50/night. Smelly room. Smoke from outside easily penetrated room. Bathroom was disgusting, with grease on tub surround and battered walls and sticky floor.
