Positives:
The staff was friendly and helpful, and one of the front desk staff even printed out a google map of an address and place we were going to attend for our conference the next day.
Another front desk staff helped us with our remote control regarding putting on the volume for the TV.
The food was EXCELLENT and hot. And cold food was nice and cold. Food service worker was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The bed was WAY TOO HIGH for my disabled elderly parent to get into. She had to use a chair for leverage to get in and out of bed, which was VERY difficult for her to do.
When I moved the heavy chair for my mother close to the bed, there were LOADS OF DUST on the carpet near the wall.
Also, the comforter was tucked in WAY TOO TIGHT, it was difficult to open up to get inside.

Overpriced, old facilties and hidden...

I liked the location.

I booked the Executive King Suite which stated that it came with X large double bed and sofa bed. When I got there, the room was very small and it did not have a sofa bed or anywhere to sit on a chair. I asked for another room that had a sitting area, but was told they were fully booked. I paid extra to have the top of the line room and got a very small room which was only good for sleeping. This is the first time I have been disappointed when I have booked with Booking.com. The Comfort Inn staff told me that the room I booked only came with a bed and not a sofa bed, but online at Booking.com the room clearly states that it comes with a bed and sofa bed. My husband was not happy at all and I was less pleased. I asked for a discount, but they told me that it was impossible as the room reserved for me was what I booked. Not true.
