The breakfast was good lots of choice The front desk staff were very helpful especially when checking in on the tuesday late afternoon The clerk was great The room was very attractive clean and had everything we needed ie fridge microwave etc and lots of outlets to plug in our chargers Very quiet
Negatives:
Our room was not made up the following day Had to get the desk clerk to get us shampoo etc as well as coffee Wet towels were still on the floor where we had left them There was clay dirt in the hall from Wednesday morning and was still there when we left on Thursday It would seem that whoever was in charge of cleaning the second floor either didnt come to work or sluffed off Perhaps if management would check the work this wouldnt happen WE got an apology but that was all thought maybe a bit of a refund would have been nice Also nothing in the tub to prevent slipping no mat or strips on the bottom of the tub Not great for older people Some type of anti slip should be in place
