Was told at check-in that there was 24 hour coffee available in the lobby.
When I went to get a coffee at 6:30 AM, the lobby was locked and the lights were off. So I had to walk down the street to a gas station to get a coffee.
The continental breakfast was prepackaged, blueberry muffins, yogurts, juice, boxes, and granola bars. Absolutely no breads or other items which I would consider to be included in a continental breakfast.

Positives:
Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean, comfortable, great water pressure and temperature in the shower. Large, good quality TV with Roku for night-in entertainment. 5m safe and pleasant sidewalk walk to the main street shops and cafes. Heat and cooling worked very well.
Negatives:
A little well loved in some aspects, but not where it counted (beds, toilet, shower, etc).
