Positives: Location was good for our needs. Able to get parking right outside front entry. The room was very spacious and really appreciated the electric recepticals beside the bed. The vanity space was the best I've ever seen and the inclusion of a night light was a nice touch. Being on a side street, there was no road noise, and the blackout blinds worked great.

Negatives: The heater fan continually came on thru out the night even with our adjustments.
