The staff are all friendly and remember me and who I am they also know why I was staying there, the room is a decent size and accommodate me very well. I like the idea of breakfast every morning and a few nights of having light dinner which save me from going out to look for something when I don't need a heavy diner.
Negatives:
Since staying for a longer period of time breakfast can be better a different choice each morning but appreciate it all the same.
I didn't like that for a long stay customer that extend stay I wish the rate would be lower or better and also your system does not allow to calculate your stay after you pay meaning I had book 8 nights first then paid for the eight nights and I asked for the calculation for the other nights that I extended as I need it for insurance purpose and the system keep calculating all of the combine stay so it would be nice to have that in place to get the calculation when need for just future reservations.

one small thing - beeping from dishwasher cycle didn't finish from previous customer that stayed at the hotel. I spent a ton of time trying to figure it out and had to call for support. the front desk person was extremely helpful and came right away. perhaps add a note to explain to customers what to do in the event of the dishwasher beeping.

Comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast and cookies at the front. Kind and helpful staff.

The pool temperature was quite cold. Kids refused to swim in it sadly.
