The staff at this hotel are excellent. Well-trained, professional and friendly. We arrived very late at night and even though a man entered the facilities who could have caused an incident, the team handled everything very well and de-escalated things easily.
Negatives:
While the room was very clean, there was a strong food smell possibly from a longer-term resident before? The wifi was not stable enough for us to work in the room which was a concern as we were working remotely for part of our visit. The parking access was a bit confusing too

Loved the 2-bedroom suite. Very large.
Negatives:
One of the elevators was out for a day. Gym was not available for the 1st 24-48 hrs. We were given a chance to use Staybridge, but I specifically picked Homewiod for the better gym. One of the staff, younger brunette, seemed like she didn't want to be there. Overall, staff was not bad, just not as receptive as what I am used to whenever I travel.

Location of hotel is perfect for my needs. We have stayed here several times. Breakfast is ok. Hot items could be improved. Wi-Fi is slow. We were told housekeeping was every other day. We declined service the first time then didn’t see anyone else for the rest of our 6 day stay.

This hotel needs more elevators. Usually had to wait 5-10 minutes for an empty (or not full) elevator.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious in size and clean. Had everything we needed and more for the weekend with young children.
Negatives:
Pool was closed for maintenance periodically throughout the day with no notice or schedule and no explanation. Only was able to use the pool once over two days as every other time it was closed. Pool was very small and cold.
Pull out bed was horrible even for the kids. They ended up sleeping in the regular beds as the pull out was not comfortable.
