very pricey, one day breakfast was not good they for some reason had what looked liked crossants instead of eggs and bacon or ham not happy with that move

The staff at this hotel are excellent. Well-trained, professional and friendly. We arrived very late at night and even though a man entered the facilities who could have caused an incident, the team handled everything very well and de-escalated things easily.
Negatives:
While the room was very clean, there was a strong food smell possibly from a longer-term resident before? The wifi was not stable enough for us to work in the room which was a concern as we were working remotely for part of our visit. The parking access was a bit confusing too

One of the staff, younger brunette, seemed like she didn't want to be there. Overall, staff was not bad, just not as receptive as what I am used to whenever I travel.

Location of hotel is perfect for my needs. We have stayed here several times. Breakfast is ok. Hot items could be improved. Wi-Fi is slow. We were told housekeeping was every other day. We declined service the first time then didnt see anyone else for the rest of our 6 day stay.
