Employees were present and hotel was quiet and comfortable. Lobby and dining room were clean.
Negatives:
Room was very dark. Asked for an extra lamp 2 times and never received it. Jacuzzi tub was not clean. I had to clean it before use. You could see soap scum around tub where jets are and when you ran your hand around the tub you could feel where it had been cleaned and where it hadn't.
Breakfast was good but felt everything was cold including eggs and meat choices. But a good selection of food.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay over the Christmas week at the Staybridge and we were comfortable, well fed and taken care of by the customer focused staff.
From one of the best buffet breakfasts I have had with lots of variety over the days compliments of the kitchen staff Suzie and Mary Grace - thank you! To Jen, who ensured our rooms were kept clean and even chatted with us about our trip.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hamilton, not least because of the excellent location and parking facilities. Well done, worth every penny!
