Room was very clean and well presented. very courteous liked every thing
Negatives:
The outside approach to the building was very poor first impression however when it was pointed out at the desk the approach (messy first floor window blinds and curtain) was attended to. They explained that they were still doing some reno. or improvements, liked everything after that

Positives:
The breakfast room and service was inadequate
Negatives:
I would have liked to have been offered a room at the front of the building . Our bedroom was at the back and dark
Review
It was adequate for the fee we paid
Positives:
It was available
Negatives:
It looks like it is old and not really maintained. The breakfast was only carbs (mini muffins and toasts). The price was way too high for the value.

Negatives:
The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
I was spending one night in Huntsville with my family. Affordable hotel options were limited, so we decided to stay at the Econolodge, even though the price was still high at $540 for two rooms for one night.
At check-in, the reception staff were friendly, but everything went downhill from there. When we entered our room, we found a large, dried blood stain on the bed pillows. The blood stain was facing the front of the room, so there’s no way this could have been missed if the room had actually been cleaned.
Looking for the TV remote, we opened the nightstand drawer and found a box of condoms and used napkins. Absolutely horrific. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned.
We told the staff, who replaced the pillow and removed the items from the drawer, but there was no apology. No shock or concern. No offer to switch rooms. If anything, it felt like they were blaming us for the issue.
We only had a short stay, so we decided to tough it out (HUGE mistake). The next morning, on the drive home, my partner started scratching — he was covered in bed bug bites. COMPLETELY. HORRIFIED.
I had no expectations that this hotel would have all the nicest amenities or furniture by any means, but I did expect a clean room and basic hospitality. We got neither. Stay far away.

Will never stay here ever again and I encourage others to spend a bit extra and stay somewhere else.
Positives:
Location, staff.
Negatives:
Bed sheets.

Good.
Positives:
The only thing that was nice is the location, very close to downtown.
Negatives:
My stay was very unpleasant — I was bitten by bed bugs, the room smelled old, the beds were uncomfortable, and the so-called 'breakfast' was extremely poor, with no real options beyond cheap items and bad coffee.
Review
My stay was extremely disappointing due to a bed bug infestation that caused discomfort and stress!
Positives:
The room itself was clean, the location was perfect.
Negatives:
The entrance could use some updating. The parking spots were tight.
Review
It was fine, staff were pleasant.
Positives:
Rooms were clean and lots of space
Negatives:
Breakfast should have been better. There were no eggs or yogurt
Review
Was not a five star but good enough for a couple days stay
