Negatives:
There were young adults breaking into rooms and stealing, the staff didn't seem to care at all, none of the exterior doors locked, and people had to be moved to rooms where the patio door locked. We had to call the police and when they arrived they were not surprised and acted like this was a normal occurance. This wasted an entire evening of our stay. The entire facility is very dated, the room and walk paper peeling, and the paint on the door looked like it was done by a 2 year old. There does not seem to be any desire to maintain the facility. It took 3 hours to get dinner on saturday night at the restaurant. On Check out day there was no hot water, which ended the stay on a bad note.

Swimming pool needs full renovation, it is not even close to the world standards, maybe 60 or 70 years ago but not now, beds on the beach are in a bad shape,

There is no lift in the building, had to carry our luggage upstairs. You need to go through numerous fleets of stairs to get to the lake. Quality of meals offered at the restaurant is below average (ordered large Canadian pizza and fish and chips). Room with the balcony happened to have a balcony overlooking car park at the front of the resort - what is the point of having a balcony? No sleep all night-paper thin walls with baby next door crying constantly, then from 6:30 am a toddler playing drums and singing, so we packed our bags and left.
