Room was well appointed. I appreciated the bottled water supplied, the pump bottles of soaps in the shower, the additional shower head on a hose, the coffee maker. All nice touches.
Most importantly, my wife dropped her ring into the drain. She called the desk, Paul reacted immediately and dispatched Bob who had the sink trap dismantled, ring found and reassembled in 15 minutes. Now, that service was above and beyond. Most impressive and appreciated.
Negatives:
I found everything most acceptable. I was quite fortunate to get parking spots within a short distance to the entrance.
