Location proximity to the Davidson Centre, restaurants and a grocery store were great!
Negatives:
First room bathroom wasn't cleaned but the staff quickly changed rooms for us. The second room was clean and comfortable although food from previous guests was left in the fridge.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Very clean. Pillows were wonderful!
Pool & hot tub were nice and clean - quiet when we were there.
Breakfast was good, hot and the breakfast room was lovely.
Staff were helpful and kind.
Negatives:
Not much negative to say...the pool towels were very small but that's about all.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were accommodating. We needed to have an early check in and they made sure the room was ready for us. The Continental breakfast was very good! The staff were very friendly.
Negatives:
The heater on the pool didn't seem to be very warm, and the spa wasn't working, The spa issue seemed to be an ongoing problem.

The staff were friendly and the bed was very comfortable
Negatives:
The pool area and water was cold. The hot tub was not working. The light in our room was constantly flickering. I had to unplug the frigate as the noise it was making was constant and loud. There wasn’t any conditioner in the shower container in the bathroom.
