Positives:
Staff were friendly. It looked like someone had urinated all over the elevator or spilt coffee during the night and when I brought it to their attention they quickly had it cleaned.
Negatives:
The pool, gym, and restaurant were all closed. The room was small and outdated and there wasnt even a fan in the bathroom. Whenever you would shower everything would get soaked with condensation. They charged us a hidden $25 a day for having a dog stay with us. They said it was a cleaning fee but they did not clean daily.

Room was fairly small. Bathroom was tiny! Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. No view at all from our room. The only thing we could see was the roof, and some guy sitting on the roof smoking staring at us! Very uncomfortable. No sound proofing on doors or anything so you can hear everyone elses conversations and more.

I have stayed there many times, great price and fun for the kids and 5 mins from downtown.
Negatives:
It seems that the hotel could use a new simple facelift, New paint and carpets to brighten up the rooms and hallways.

Extremely low price ($110) for one king bed and one sofa bed.

Weird smell in the room. It doesnt smell bad, but it was just a weird smell. After few minutes in the room you dont notice it anymore, but each time you get out and come back, you smell it. It's just weird. Not bad tho. Also it is overpriced. No restaurant or pool. So the price should have been a lot lower. The room isnt "Extra", it is pretty much simple. Not much isolation too. There was a dog on the lower level (i was on lvl 2), and we heard it all night long barking.

I feel like it was overpriced. With the constructions going on, you dont get any perks.
