Kitchen hours in the restaurant were very strict for those who were already in the room. Maybe leave the machines on while people are still eating, and then turn off once people leave.

We had no air conditioning and the manager’s solution was a fan. They would not let us check out without charging us for the second day so that we could find other accommodations. After our stay we were told they could have looked for another hotel but they didn’t because we did not specifically ask for that. Thank you to the girl working the desk on our second night as she was able to move us rooms that evening because she had a cancellation. The way the manager handled the entire situation was extremely poor. We had booked a room with air conditioning and if the hotel cannot accommodate that we should be fully refunded and/ or have the option to break the contract. Because of this poor and upsetting experience, for the remainder of our vacation we did not use booking.com and stayed away from all choice hotels. Also please be advised that we did not arrive till 1130 at night our first night. And we thought the room just needed time to cool down and we did not realize until approximately 1:30 in the morning that it wasn’t cooling down. And I’m sure you can completely appreciate that. We did not bother anyone to try to switch rooms at that time. It was also our understanding that they were completely booked.

Nice place, comfortable beds, but skip the breakfast

The layout of the room was very good, the fridge worked well and the bed was comfy.
Negatives:
The shower did not pull all the water from the tap into the shower hose. So half the water went through the tub faucet, half through the shower. As a result the shower stream was not ideal.
