I didn’t like that a member of the housekeeping staff let himself into our room this morning at 9:45! He claimed he was checking for check outs. Check out is at 11:00!!! Not sure if this guy had alterior motives but it was unsettling to say the least.

It was conveniently located for a conference at Queens university. Everything was very clean but I had requested gluten free bread for breakfast - I needed a Hotel that included breakfast … but sadly they would not accommodate that . I would not go back to this Hotel for that reason . At 250$ a night you can have a section of your breakfast buffet that includes food sensitivities / vegan and vegetarian choices !!!

The door to the room looked like someone used a crowbar to open at one time. The water pressure in the toilet is poor and the TV remote needs nee batteries as it seemed to take 10 mins to change channels (was not quick)

Lovely big pool, good hot breakfast, clan and spacious room.
Negatives:
Some rooms have a long walk to the pool as it is in a separate building. We were given a close room though because we mentioned we liked to swim?
