Guests were yelling in the hallways all through the night and staff did nothing even though we were right beside front desk. None of us got any sleep

The room was clean. The staff at reception was very pleasant The hotel was conveniently located.

The bed had an old lumpy mattress. I could clearly hear the television playing from the next room all night. Guests were loud in the hallways into the early hours of the morning. The breakfast offered was subpar.

The bed was very comfortable, it’s in a good spot off the highway, with many restaurants around

My room smelt very musty, when I informed the front desk guy, he said it was my air conditioner while he was in my room fixing the plugs that didn’t work as they were unplugged from the wall behind the bed. I told him that I just turned the air on and have been in my room for over an hour. His response was oh, hmmm then walked away. my desk chair in the room had a bunch of rips all over it

Some maintenance issues (e.g. broken tiles) in the room. This was communicated after our departure, and hotel personnel followed up with me right away.
