It's in a great location, literally a "stones throw" from the center of Kingston. Nice waterfront view of harbour. King size bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
It is a "tired" looking hotel (interior decor could use freshening up, bathrooms could use upgrade) - not changed much over last 7-8 years, but the cost of a hotel room has increased. If you have noisy neighbours (above or beside you) can be unpleasant. But think most disappointing, was the cost of parking had increased dramatically, was much more expensive than it had been a year ago - $38 for one night's parking !!!

Very limited parking. If you’re lucky enough to find a spot you don’t want to take your car out for fear of losing it.

During our stay there was an event and the hotel was full of kids/ teens so it was so noisy the hotel tried hard to control the situation and they tried to compensate us with free breakfast which I really appreciated specially with rough night we had and changed my mind to consider staying in the same hotel second visit
