I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay $30 for parking in order to have my vehicle there and there was nothing that indicated parking was extra. I did not like the fact that I booked the room for three people, paid more for breakfast and then found out. I was only entitled to have breakfast for two. So I sent my daughters down for breakfast and because we had a long day ahead of us, they brought a plate back each that they were threatened by the staff that they were bringing food back for anybody else they would find out and be charged. I don’t eat breakfast.
I booked a room with two queen beds and ended up with two double beds
My daughters could not find the pool, which is why we booked this other ones
When I went to leave, I could not get the exterior gate open, so I called and instead of somebody talking to me, they answered, then hung up and then opened the gate

Everything was exceptional and clean. The staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay at this property again. Plus, it's location is exceptional in relation to eateries and a concert venue. Finally, our view of the water was fantastic.

The staff was not very friendly. The extra cot bad was really inconfortable. We were 5 and I made a reservation via booking with breakfast included and the reception told me it was payed only for two. So quite a disappointment.
