Bed was very squeaky. Wall lights were too close to the bed where you can hit your head. Couch was too hard and uncomfortable. Body wash ran out after one shower. Breakfast was terrible.

Room was very clean and well equipped with fridge, microwave, dishes, utensils and dishwasher. Very nice and modern as well.

The breakfast area was very crowded and was not being replenished as food was running low by 8am. When we came down there was no seating.

Clean, location was good. Staff were very helpful in accommodating requests.

We booked two rooms. The exhaust fan in one of the washroom was not working. We arrived late so didn’t have time to complain about this. The fan in the other one was working , but the power was very less. I guess this is supposed to be a feature but realistically it was not efficient.
Other issue is that the fire alarm went on early morning. It was a false alarm. It is understandable that such issues can happen , but it took too long to disable it considering there was no actual fire. Because of these issues the overall stay was not good.
However appreciate the help and support for staff in resolving the issues. Customer service was excellent.
