absolutely exceptionally perfect
Positives:
Excellent location; easy to reach and convenient for getting downtown. Comfortable beds. Nice building in good repair. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
We had a noisy family next to us (not the hotel's fault) but the walls were very soundproof. Some noise came through the doors from the hallway.

Very clean. Located close to a variety of restaurants and Walmart if you forgot something.
Negatives:
The bed in room 402 was extremely hard. It is on the top floor and the trucks passing by on the highway and truck stop were audible. Be careful sitting on the toilet so you don't bang your left arm on the toilet paper dispenser.

Coffee okay, just prepackaged muffins available. The modern touches, no carpet in the room. Fellow on the front desk during check-in very helpful, friendly and personable! Thoughtful to locate us away from the hockey teams.
Negatives:
The breakfast, but not expecting anything so not a problem really, for us. View of the 401 but knew the location and not noisy at all.

Beds are thin and not very comfortable. Looked like blood smear in the elevator. Heard fighting and love making through the walls, not the same room haha. Would spend a little extra to stay somewhere else next time.
