Positives:
Pierre managed our check-in and he was such a warm, funny, and excellent person. He looked after us so well, and we enjoyed sharing a few stories and laughs together. He really made our check-in an excellent experience. And for the duration of our stay, all staff at the hotel were exceptional. Breakfast was also fabulous, with lots of choices. We have two vegans in our family, and the oatmeal station was a hit!
Negatives:
The pool was a little chilly, but we loved the dry sauna in the change room.

Excellent family get-away in downtown...

The location is perfect a walk away from important spots. Everything was super clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool open until 11pm ! The view is fantastic.
The breakfast could be richer, but almost everything tasted good.

I was misled about the price. I would not have chosen this property if I had known the room was 549$ for one night. Not pleased. The room taxes were also higher than expected. The posted rate was $206 per night and I was charged over $1400 for 3 nights. Cancellation rate was exorbitant. I will not book through this service again due to deceptive pricing policies.
