When checking in we were offered chocolate chip cookies! That was a nice surprise. What's even better they were warm!!! The best was so comfy, loved the heated floors in bathroom. Our daughter loved the pool.
Negatives:
I didnt like how breakfast wasnt included in our stay, I also didnt like how the rooms didnt have carpet. The floors were very cold.

One of the entrance doors near our room was not working with the key card so we had a longer walk to get to our room. Our room was cleaned on the Saturday morning, we cam in after 4 then afternoon and it was not cleaned.

We only stayed one night but the room was very clean and spacious, the staff were very pleasant and breakfast was very good with a lot of hot & cold selections which were replenished well. Our room was quiet so had a good night's sleep, would definitely stay again.
