Positives:
Location was handy for a medical appointment but I always found this a weird location. But worked out for me. My mom found this “too express” and the price was high for a basic location. Also the price was higher than what we had seen on booking.com. The person at the desk said it’s a different price and didn’t offer to honour it.

As my husband has mobility issues and I read revues, we asked for ground floor rear of the building, ended up 4th floor front, were told there were no other rooms available at just before 3pm on a Thursday, no sleep at all! When checking out, after a subpar breakfast, I mentioned this to the man on the desk, he asked it we knew about the mobility issue, I said check my reservation...he did and then turned and walked into the office closing the door behind him. Horrendous customer service. Question, what would we have done in an emergency?
